The Labor Simulator Experience™ is a hands-on childbirth education service designed to prepare families for labor through education, communication tools, and partner participation. This service includes: • Childbirth education focused on informed decision-making • Comfort measures, breathing techniques, and labor positions • Partner participation through a simulated labor experience • Advocacy skills for navigating hospital birth • Hospital bag provided for each registered couple This service is best suited for families between 30–36 weeks of pregnancy. Sessions are offered in small groups to maintain an intentional, supportive environment. Space is limited.

Booking & Deposit A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve a spot in The Labor Simulator Experience™. Your attendance is not confirmed until the deposit is received and proof of payment is submitted. Spaces are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Remaining Balance The remaining balance of $100 is due on the day of class. Failure to submit the remaining balance may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund. Refunds & Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future class date one time only, subject to availability, with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit all payments made. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on space availability. Attendance & Participation This is a hands-on, interactive class. Participants are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to actively engage. Late arrivals may miss key components of the experience, including the labor simulation. Eligibility This class is best suited for individuals between 30–36 weeks of pregnancy. Participation outside this range is at the discretion of Mama Kawsay Birthing & Wellness Co.™. Partner Participation Partner or support person participation is encouraged but optional. Participation in the labor simulation component is voluntary. Right to Refuse Service Mama Kawsay Birthing & Wellness Co.™ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if policies are not followed or if participation poses a safety concern.
