Understanding that the cost of DNA testing can be significant, especially for services over $500, we offer flexible payment plan options to help manage the expense. Here are the available options to consider. These payment plan options ensure that everyone has access to essential DNA testing services without compromising financial stability. For more information or to discuss which plan might be best for you, please contact our customer service team.There is an additional Payment Plan Fee added to all payment plan options.

Option 1:

2 Payments Plan

PPF Fee: $100

Installments: 2 payments

50% at appointment booking

Final Payment due prior to obtaining results

Duration: 2-week payment plan

Option 2:

3 Payments Plan

PPF Fee: $200

Installments: 3 payments

Deposit: 50%

2nd Payment: 25% due at collection appointment

Final Payment: 25% plus a $20 payment plan fee due to obtain results

Duration: 1-month plan

Option 3:

4 Payments Plan

PPF Fee: $200

Installments: 4 payments

Down Payment: 25%

2nd Payment: 25% due at the time of collection appointment booking

3rd Payment: 25% due at collection appointment

Final Payment: Remaining 25% plus a $30 payment plan fee due to obtain results

Duration: Over a 2-month plan

Afterpay Option

Here’s how it works:

Credit Approval:

The Afterpay service is contingent upon credit approval. This ensures that the payment plan is manageable and tailored to your financial capability.
Installment Payments:

Once approved, you can pay for your DNA test in manageable installments. This flexible payment plan helps ease the immediate financial burden, making it easier to proceed with the necessary testing without delay.
No Hidden Fees:

There are no hidden fees associated with the Afterpay option, ensuring transparency and trust in the payment process.

Important Notes

Results Release: Results are NOT released until the fee has been paid in full.
Collection Appointment: This will not be scheduled until half of the service fee is paid.
Additional Copies: $5 per additional printed copy of results.
Afterpay: Available as an option for ease of payment. Based on credit.
