1. Service Description Mobile DNA In-Home Collection is an in-person mobile service in which a trained professional travels to the client’s provided location to collect DNA samples. This service is not a mail-in test. 2. Booking Requests & Service Confirmation All online bookings are considered service requests, not final confirmations. Final pricing, appointment details, and service eligibility are confirmed after reviewing: DNA test type Number of participants Service location and travel distance Legal or court-admissible requirements Clients will be contacted to confirm details prior to service. No services are performed without confirmation. 3. Pricing & Payment Pricing varies based on: DNA test type Number of participants Travel distance and service location Legal or court-admissible requirements A deposit may be required to secure the appointment. Any remaining balance is due as communicated prior to service. 4. Non-Refundable Fees (California Disclosure) Due to the nature of mobile DNA services: DNA test kits and laboratory processing fees are non-refundable once ordered or prepared. Deposits for mobile DNA collection services are non-refundable, as they cover scheduling, preparation, and travel planning. These costs are incurred once service details are confirmed, regardless of whether the service is completed. This policy is disclosed prior to booking and acknowledged by the client at checkout. 5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Access Issues Clients are responsible for: Being present at the scheduled time Providing accurate location and access information Failure to be present, refusal of service, inability to access the location, or inaccurate address information may result in cancellation without refund of deposits or preparation fees. 6. Results Delivery & Electronic Consent Clients consent to receiving DNA test results electronically via the email address provided at booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring contact information is accurate and accessible. 7. Legal & Court-Admissible Testing For legal or court-admissible DNA testing, additional identification, documentation, and chain-of-custody requirements apply.
