Service Description
Mama Kawsay Birthing & Wellness Co provides comprehensive surrogacy support through a coordinated team of midwives, doulas, nurses, and phlebotomists, offering both in-home and in-person care during the most sensitive phases of the fertility journey. As a division of Lotus Allied Care & DNA Testing, we are uniquely positioned to integrate clinical support, phlebotomy, and care coordination while maintaining clear communication with clinics, agencies, and intended parents. Services May Include: Pre-transfer virtual support and preparation In-home medication administration or injection support (per physician order) Virtual LVN support with medication reminders Day-of embryo transfer concierge care Post-transfer daytime assistance Overnight support for reassurance and continuity In-home phlebotomy services as ordered All services are designed to support continuity of care, emotional well-being, and reduced stress during non-repeatable moments. Who This Service Is For: Gestational surrogates Intended parents working with surrogacy agencies Case managers coordinating fertility care Clinics seeking in-home or concierge support extensions How to Request Services: Complete the Surrogate Services Submission Form attached to this service. Select all services being requested and provide the anticipated start date or next scheduled appointment. Once submitted, a Mama Kawsay scheduler will contact the case manager or surrogate to confirm details and begin care coordination. Service Start Timeframes: Most services begin within 24–48 hours, depending on location and availability. Day-of Embryo Transfer Concierge Care requires a minimum of 72 hours’ advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
Mama Kawsay Birthing & Wellness Co.™ All doula services require a consultation prior to booking. Services are not confirmed until a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are received. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure availability around your estimated due date. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of services. Doula services are non-medical and include emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. Doulas do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical care and do not replace licensed healthcare providers. Clients remain responsible for all medical decisions made with their care team. Doula services include an on-call period surrounding the estimated due date, as outlined in the service agreement. While every effort is made to attend births as planned, circumstances such as rapid labor, emergencies, or unforeseen events may affect attendance. In such cases, a qualified backup doula may be provided when available. All deposits are non-refundable. If services are canceled by the client, refunds for unused services (excluding the deposit) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Mama Kawsay Birthing & Wellness Co.™ reserves the right to discontinue services if safety concerns, boundary violations, or policy breaches occur. Clients agree to communicate changes in health status, birth plans, or location promptly and to maintain respectful communication throughout the service relationship. All personal and health-related information is kept confidential and used solely for providing doula services, except where disclosure is required by law. By booking doula services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
