Service Description

Need peace of mind in knowing? Get results in 48 hours from the time the lab receives samples. Our Paternity Testing can provide the answers you are looking for. Results are strictly for personal use only, and can NOT be used for Birth Certificates, Child Support, or any other legal purposes. Results arrive in as little as 2-3 Business days. Collections are done by Buccal swabs. Weekends are NOT included in processing days. Price includes: DNA Testing Kit Collection Fee Laboratory processing fee Please note we are not responsible for any delivery delays that may arise from UPS or FedEx. If there is a delay or samples are lost due to the fault of UPS or Fed Ex. We will recollect the sample at no charge.

Cancellation Policy

Please note all deposits are NON-Refundable. It is the clients responsibility to ensure prior to booking both parties agree to testing to avoid losing the deposit. When appointments are scheduled with Lotus Allied Care we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or rescheduled an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us time to schedule other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below: *Effective November 30, 2018 any client that fail to cancel/reschedule an appointment and have not contacted our office with at least 2 hours notice will be considered a No Show and all fees assessed are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a second No Show or cancellation without a 24 hour notice should occur the client will be banned from scheduling any further services from Lotus Allied Care and DNA Testing. We are not responsible for any party not in attendance. If all parties are not present at the time of the appointment the appointment will be rescheduled. As a courtesy, when time allows,our staff will make reminder calls for appointments. If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above Policy will remain in effect. We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances please contact our Office Manager, who may be able to waive the No Show fee. If you are calling outside of our regular business hours we ask that you please leave a message. A staff member will contact you during the next business day.
