When it comes to legal matters, time is of the essence. Our Chain of Custody DNA Test is specifically designed for legal purposes, ensuring that results are both fast and trustworthy. With our express service, you can have your results in just three days, providing you with the peace of mind and legal assurance you need. Chain of Custody A strict chain of custody is implemented to guarantee the integrity of the sample collection process. This method ensures that the DNA samples are collected, handled, and processed in a secure and cheat-proof manner. The following steps are taken: Documentation: Collectors provide all necessary documentation required for a court-appointed DNA test, fulfilling legal requirements and maintaining the integrity of the process. Processing and Turnaround Time Once the samples are collected, they are sent to the laboratory for analysis. The results are typically available within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends. It is important to note that processing days: Weekends are not included in the processing time. Expedited Results: While the standard processing time is efficient, it is advisable to plan ahead, especially if results are needed for time-sensitive legal matters. Note that collections must be done Monday through Wednesday before 4 PM to ensure fast turnaround time. There are several circumstances where a legal DNA testing kit may be required. Some common reasons include: Child Support Child Custody Immigration Birth Certificate Tax Forms Will / Estate Court Order Adoption Pricing Structure The cost of a court-ordered DNA test includes several components to cover the comprehensive service provided: DNA Kit: The kit used for sample collection. Collection Fee: The fee for the sample collection service. Laboratory Processing Fee: The cost of analyzing the DNA samples in the laboratory. Notary Seal: A notary seal to authenticate the legal documentation. Delivery and Recollection Policy We strive to ensure prompt delivery of results, but please be aware: Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or FedEx; however, in the event of a delay or error due to their negligence, we will offer a recollection at no additional cost to you. By following these protocols, we ensure that all court-ordered paternity tests are conducted with the highest standards of security, reliability, and accuracy.
Cancellation Policy
When scheduling appointments with Lotus Allied Care, we strive to provide you with exceptional care by dedicating ample time for each client. To help us serve you and others effectively, we request that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you inform our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. This notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting. Non-Refundable Deposits Please be aware that all deposits for appointments are **non-refundable**. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all parties agree to the testing before booking to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Cancellation and No Show Policy - Effective November 30, 2018, any client who fails to cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 2 hours' notice will be considered a "No Show." All associated fees will be **non-refundable**. - If a client incurs a second "No Show" or cancels without 24-hour notice, they will be prohibited from scheduling future services with Lotus Allied Care and DNA Testing. - We cannot be held responsible for parties not in attendance. If not all parties are present at the time of the appointment, it will be rescheduled. Courtesy Reminders As a courtesy, our staff may make reminder calls for appointments when time allows. However, if you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above policy remains in effect. Extenuating Circumstances We understand that emergencies can arise, making it difficult to keep a scheduled appointment. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact our Office Manager, who may have the discretion to waive the "No Show" fee.
