Sometimes doing it at home is more feasible for patients. Not a problem, you will still get the same service whether you do it at home or in our clinic. You can come by pick up a kit, we will create a case for you and provide the paid postage envelope, you take it home, and mail it. That's it just that simple. What makes our different the ones in the store? You have a location you can walk in to and have a live person to talk to. No long waits on hold with a lab out of state. You have a place locally that can help you with the process. Please note this is a DIY kit. Our staff will not assist in anyway with the collection. You take the kit home and do the collection yourself and mail it out. Results will take 5-7 business days from the time the lab receives it. Results will be mailed to the address provided. Cancellation Policy

Please note all deposits are NON-Refundable. It is the clients responsibility to ensure prior to booking both parties agree to testing to avoid losing the deposit. When appointments are scheduled with Lotus Allied Care we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or rescheduled an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us time to schedule other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below: *Effective November 30, 2018 any client that fail to cancel/reschedule an appointment and have not contacted our office with at least 2 hours notice will be considered a No Show and all fees assessed are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a second No Show or cancellation without a 24 hour notice should occur the client will be banned from scheduling any further services from Lotus Allied Care and DNA Testing. We are not responsible for any party not in attendance. If all parties are not present at the time of the appointment the appointment will be rescheduled. As a courtesy, when time allows,our staff will make reminder calls for appointments. If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above Policy will remain in effect. We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances please contact our Office Manager, who may be able to waive the No Show fee. If you are calling outside of our regular business hours we ask that you please leave a message. A staff member will contact you during the next business day.
