Service Overview Blood Draw Only: Our service is specifically for patients who have received genetic testing kits from a third-party laboratory. We handle the blood draw process, ensuring it is performed safely and efficiently. Professional Staff: Our trained and certified phlebotomists are skilled in drawing blood with minimal discomfort, prioritizing patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure. Convenient Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. You can book an appointment at a time that suits you best, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine. Procedure Appointment Confirmation: Once you have your blood testing kit, schedule an appointment with us. Please ensure that you bring your kit to the appointment as it contains necessary materials and instructions. Blood Draw Process: During your appointment, our phlebotomist will perform the blood draw according to the specific requirements outlined by the third-party laboratory. Sample Handling: After the blood draw, we will properly package your sample as per the instructions provided in your kit. We will then send the sample back to the third-party lab for analysis. Important Considerations Kit Instructions: It is crucial to follow all instructions provided by the third-party laboratory. This ensures that the sample is collected and submitted correctly for analysis. Confidentiality and Security: While we facilitate the blood draw, we adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to ensure your privacy is maintained throughout the process. Exclusivity: Our service does not include analysis or interpretation of results. We only handle the blood draw, leaving the testing and reporting to the third-party lab. By offering a professional blood draw service, we aim to support your phlebotomy testing process, ensuring that you receive accurate and timely results from your chosen laboratory.
Cancellation Policy
When scheduling appointments with Lotus Allied Care, we strive to provide you with exceptional care by dedicating ample time for each client. To help us serve you and others effectively, we request that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you inform our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. This notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting. Non-Refundable Deposits Please be aware that all deposits for appointments are **non-refundable**. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all parties agree to the testing before booking to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Cancellation and No Show Policy - Effective November 30, 2018, any client who fails to cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 2 hours' notice will be considered a "No Show." All associated fees will be **non-refundable**. - If a client incurs a second "No Show" or cancels without 24-hour notice, they will be prohibited from scheduling future services with Lotus Allied Care and DNA Testing. - We cannot be held responsible for parties not in attendance. If not all parties are present at the time of the appointment, it will be rescheduled. Courtesy Reminders As a courtesy, our staff may make reminder calls for appointments when time allows. However, if you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above policy remains in effect. Extenuating Circumstances We understand that emergencies can arise, making it difficult to keep a scheduled appointment. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact our Office Manager, who may have the discretion to waive the "No Show" fee.
